Teresa Lincoln, MS, PT
Teresa graduated from Ithaca College with a Master's Degree in physical therapy in 1998. Since then, she has been working full time at the Scotia office. She has attended several continuing education courses focusing on orthopedic and manual physical therapy.

Liana Colleton, PTA
Liana began her career at Physical Therapy Associates of Schenectady, P.C. in 1992 as a Reimbursement Specialist at our Union Street location until she graduated from Maria College in May 2000. She is now a Physical Therapist Assistant in our Scotia facility and at our Wellness Center.
Heather L. Fassell, MSPT, DPT
Heather received her Bachelors and Masters degrees from Springfield College in 2001 and 2002 respectively. She completed her coursework and received her Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from Sage Graduate School in 2007. Heather joined the Physical Therapy Associates of Schenectady team in 2003. She teaches the aquatic physical therapy program for our company at the Sunnyview Hospital pool. Heather has been concentrating in the field of outpatient orthopedics for 6 years.
Heather is originally from Wurtsboro, NY. She is an avid skier and windsurfer. She is married to her husband Tom since November 2007.
Cindy LeBel, PT, MTC
Cindy has been a Physical Therapist since 1986, graduating valedictorian from Russell Sage College with a bachelor's degree. She has been practicing at Physical Therapy Associates since 1990, specializing in orthopedics. Cindy has been certified in manual therapy by The Institute of Physical Therapy since 1997. She has been instructed in a variety of manual techniques. Her background also includes neurological rehabilitation and aquatic therapy. Cindy enjoys lecturing and has taught classes on the sacroiliac joint, spine care and manipulation, and aquatic therapy. They enjoy many sports as well as camping, fishing and hiking.
Zuppa, Angelo PT, DPT
In August of 2001 Angelo received a Bachelor of Science degree in physical education with a concentration in exercise physiology. Following his undergraduate studies he became a certified Health and Fitness Instructor by the American College of Sports Medicine. In May of 2005 he earned a doctorate in physical therapy from Sage Graduate School. His clinical affiliations include Cincinnati Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center, Saratoga Hospital, and Spa Physical Therapy. Prior to joining Physical Therapy Associates of Schenectady Angelo was employed at Columbia Physical Therapy and at Capital Cardiology Associates as a cardiac technician. Angelo is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association as well as the Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy Section. His continuing education has focused upon the recognition and treatment of shoulder and cervical pathologies, as well as an array of manual therapy courses. Angelo also has a special interest in athletic injuries, athletic enhancement / Strength & Conditioning, and recently worked with the New York Buzz, an affiliate of the World Team Tennis Professional League.

Thomas Houghtalen, PT, MTC
Tom has been a practicing Physical Therapist since graduating from Ithaca College in 1979. For 25 years he has been co-owner of Physical Therapy Associates of Schenectady, P.C. an outpatient rehabilitation practice with nine offices in the capitol district.
He is a firm believer that manual therapy and movement therapies are very powerful tools in tapping and the healing abilities of his patients. He has continued his manual therapy training through the University of St. Augustine earning his Certification in Manual Therapy. He is now a Doctor of Physical Therapy candidate at the University of St Augustine for Health Sciences. He has developed and taught assessment and manual therapy courses to practicing Physical and Occupational Therapists. Tom also has a special interest in injury management and performance enhancement of amateur athletes.
His clinical practice is in the Scotia office where he also manages the Wellness Center. This Center specializes in developing of fitness programs for adults, seniors and individuals with specialized needs.
Nicholas J. Ciotoli, PTA, CProT
Nick currently holds an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy. Graduated from Maria College in 1978 as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Employed with Physical Therapy Associates of Schenectady, P.C. from January 1986 through present time. This position is currently at the Wellness Center working with both patients and clients to develop and carry out exercise program. Nick received his Personal Trainer's Certificate in 2001 and is currently CPR certified.
Daniel Carr, CPT
Dan works at Physical Therapy Associates of Schenectady, Wellness Center. He has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 1996. He helps Physical Therapy patients through their exercise programs, as well as developing training programs for the clients who have joined the Wellness Center. Dan also develops training programs and trains various athletes after their Physical Therapy rehabilitation or for their upcoming sports seasons. Dan also personally trains and consults with clients outside of the Wellness Center.

Rosemarie A. Trigger, PT, CSHE
Rosemarie earned her degree in Physical Therapy from Upstate Medical Center in 1979. She is a Certified Specialist in Health Ergonomics (CSHE) and a Certified Professional Trainer (CProT) by the NCSME. Her clinical expertise includes industrial consultation, ergonomics, rehabilitation, orthopedics, athletic injuries, hand therapy, foot biomechanics, and spinal injury management. She has extensive continuing education in orthopedic and manual physical therapy, functional capacity evaluation, job analysis and ergonomics. Ms. Trigger has developed onsite injury prevention programs for companies including GE Energy, GE Silicones, the US Postal Service, SI Group, and others. She presents ergonomics and injury management training programs to businesses, and is involved in all aspects of return to work management. She also manages the Ergonomics Team of Physical Therapy Associates of Schenectady, PC.
