Our Physical Therapists will conduct an evaluation to determine the fitness program most suited to your needs. This may include:

• Continuation of a rehabilitation program (physical therapy or cardiac rehab)
• Fitness for chronic pain
• General strengthening and conditioning
• Sports performance and enhancement

One of our staff members is always present to supervise, instruct, correct or to modify your program for maximal benefit.

One of our Physical Therapists is on call for questions pertaining to pain, weakness or any health concerns.

Regular exercise has been shown to extend life, reduce pain and aid in disease prevention

The Wellness Center at Physical Therapy Associates was developed in 2001 as a response to many former patient's desire to continue an exercise program following Physical Therapy.

We are fully equipped including Cybex weight training systems, a full line of cardiovascular equipment and a functional strengthening station that enhances balance, neuro-muscular co-ordination and core strengthening. Exercise programs are individualized based on general health, level of fitness and specialized rehabilitation needs.

Fees:
$50 evaluation by a Physical Therapist. Evaluation fee is waived for any previous patients.
$50 per month. No contracts or automatic payments.
