Thomas M. Cooney, DPT, NSCA-PT, is an Ithaca College, Russell Sage
College and Sage Colleges graduate. He is the co-owner of Physical
Therapy Associates of Schenectady, P.C. and offers over 27 years of
clinical experience in areas including industrial rehabilitation, acute
care, general physical therapy and orthopedics. He has extensive
continuing education in orthopedic physical therapy, functional capacity
evaluations and health care administration. He currently presents
education and training programs to area businesses and is involved in
all aspects of return to work management. Tom treats patients at the
Pittsfield office. When not working in the clinic he is involved with
administration duties for Physical Therapy Associates along with working
as an adjunct professor teaching a business administration leadership
course for physical therapists at The Sage Colleges as an adjunct
professor.
