Maureen Frey, P T
Maureen
is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Canada. She has been
with P.T. Associates of Schenectady since 1994 after working in acute
care and rehabilitation in Canada and Latin America before coming to the
Capital District. She has extensive experience in the areas of
orthopedics, rheumatology, pain management and neurological conditions.
She had recently focused continuing education on orthopedic conditions
and McKenzie evaluation and treatment.
Martha Laswell, PT
" Marty"
has been a physical therapist for over 25 years, graduating from Russell
Sage College in 1982. She has worked in private practice for PT
Associates of Schenectady in the Clifton Park office since 1989. She has
attended a multitude of continuing education courses, including prenatal
and postpartum exercise instruction classes, Paris manual therapy
courses on both spine and extremities and various other manual therapy
and exercise courses.

Lori O'Neill-Warner, PT
Office Manager
Lori is
the Manager of the Clifton Park office. She has been with Physical
Therapy Associates of Schenectady since 1989 after moving from the
Baltimore, MD, area and working in the John's Hopkins Medical System.
Lori is a 1987 graduate of the University of Scranton's Physical Therapy
program offering 20+ years of clinical expertise and has extensive
continuing education in the areas of orthopedics, manual therapy, sports
rehabilitation, foot biomechanics, the shoulder and functional capacity
evaluations. Lori has lectured on Upper Quarter Screening and the
Brachial Plexus from a clinical standpoint. She also lectures in the
community and businesses on injury prevention.
 Matthew
Lumley, PT
Matt is a 1992 graduate of Quinnipiac
University. A native of the Troy area, he returned to this area and
began to practice Physical Therapy at Albany Medical Center Hospital. He
began working for Physical Therapy Associates of Schenectady in January
1995. Matt’s interest is with sport and orthopedic rehabilitation as
well as strength training. His approach to rehabilitation emphasizes
functional training, which utilizes multidirectional / multi plane
movements that mimics what we do in life and sporting activities. Matt
also provides onsite industrial rehabilitation and injury prevention
programs at Momentive Performance Materials in Waterford, NY.
Geraldine Pfeiffer, B.Sc. P
T
A 1979
McGill University graduate, Geraldine has extensive experience across a
broad range of age groups and conditions both outpatient and inpatient.
She has focused on outpatient orthopedics with a special interest and
advanced training in soft tissue dysfunction, nerve tension disorders
and manual techniques. 'Gerry' has undertaken 160 hours of training and
received Certification from the Vodder School in Complete Decongestive
Therapy for lymphedema in 2005. Additional training includes aquatic
physical therapy, and craniosacral techniques.

 Heather
is a part-time Reimbursement Specialist at the Clifton Park office. She
has been with Physical Therapy Associates of Schenectady since 2007 and
will be entering the Doctorate in Physical Therapy program at Russell
Sage College in the spring of 2008.
